Basics:
Name: Katisha
Nickname(s): Kat; Kitty
Age: Variable
Gender: Female
Species: Lion
Orientation: Mostly straight, but may be swayed
Bio:
Katisha's cubhood was radically different from the average lioness. She was orphaned in her infancy, only to be rescued by a human-run African wildlife reserve. For the first year of her life, she was raised in the home of her foster family. Her "mother" Rose, and her "father" James were both very caring and doting care-givers, as was her human "brother" Sam, who was twelve years old at the time. She spent a lot of time playing with her human family and enjoyed every moment of it.
But as she grew bigger and older, the family grew more aware of the fact that she would have to leave them one day. It was hard - for both Katisha and her human family. It took another year for Katisha to become fully integrated into a pride of other lions from the reserve. The other lions seemed rather distant from Katisha, and ended up abandoning her once they were released into the wilds of Africa.
Even though Kat is now a roaming rogue lioness, she is very friendly to others, especially to humans when she encounters them on Safari tours. And of course being one of Africa's top predators, her friendliness can often be taken the wrong way.
